PCC chief A Revanth Reddy expressed concerns about the Election Commission’s approval for the transfer of Rythu Bandhu funds. He believes that KCR is using money to influence the elections, with the support of the BJP.

Revanth spoke to reporters at his residence in Jubilee Hills and mentioned that despite their request for the release of Rythu Bandhu funds before the elections, it was approved just four days before the polls. He accused the BJP government of cooperating with BRS and said that this shows the strong bond between the two parties.

According to Revanth, the release of Rythu Bandhu funds has caused a loss of Rs 5,000 to farmers, whereas if Congress were in power, they would have provided Rs 15,000. He believes that KCR’s attempt to sway votes with government money is a conspiracy, similar to what happened in 2018, but this time BRS’s defeat is inevitable.

Revanth also noted that it is now clear that the Central and state governments are working together. He mentioned the IT and ED raids on Congress leaders Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Vivek, and questioned why no action has been taken against ex-CM Advisor AK Goyal, who was found with Rs 300 crores at home. He also expressed concerns about police resorting to lathi charges against Congress workers and KCR’s alleged decision to offer Rs 10,000 per vote, which raises ethical and legal issues.
