    Hyderabad: The TPCC chief, A Revanth Reddy, who is forming the new Congress government, expressed gratitude to the people for their support. He also thanked BRS working president K T Rama Rao for his good wishes and hopes for cooperation from the BRS as the main opposition.

    Revanth Reddy emphasized that there is no need to analyze why BRS lost and Congress won in the state. The people wanted change and to defeat KCR. He believes it is time to move forward in close cooperation with the opposition.

    Furthermore, Revanth Reddy thanked Sonia Gandhi, AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge, and dedicated the victory to the martyrs of Telangana. He added that the six guarantees of the Congress and Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra gave new energy to the party.

    Revanth Reddy expressed gratitude to all the Congress allies in the polls, namely CPI and Telangana Jana Samithi, for their support. He announced that Pragathi Bhavan, the Chief Minister’s official residence, will be renamed as Dr B R Ambedkar ‘Praja Bhavan’. Additionally, once the Congress forms the government, the Secretariat will be accessible to the general public. The TPCC chief assured that the soon-to-be-formed Congress government will prioritize protecting people’s rights in the state.
