In Hyderabad, residents have been experiencing frequent power outages, especially after heavy rain on Sunday night. Many people took to social media to express their concerns and urge authorities to address the issue promptly.

Residents in areas like Muradnagar, Aghapura, Nampally, Nizampet, Kompally, Secunderabad, and Red Hills reported power interruptions over the past week. Despite notifying the Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL), some areas experienced delays in power restoration.

Local resident Mohammed Abid from Nampally highlighted the inconvenience caused by the power cuts, especially at night. He mentioned the challenges in reaching out to authorities for assistance. Another resident, Sai Teja from Nizampet, shared similar frustrations about the lack of communication from officials during maintenance works.

Syed from Red Hills also expressed dissatisfaction with nightly power cuts and the unresponsiveness of officials. The TSSPDCL explained that the interruptions were due to local power issues and maintenance activities like transformer repairs and tree trimming ahead of the monsoon season.
