People in Telugu States are experiencing high temperatures as summer approaches. On Sunday, many parts of Telangana saw temperatures above 37 degrees, with some areas reaching 39 degrees. The weather department predicts that temperatures will exceed 40 degrees this week, so residents should be cautious.
Last year, Bhadradri Kothagudem district recorded a high temperature of 46.3 degrees on May 18. This year, temperatures are expected to be even higher. In March last year, the highest temperature was 35.7 degrees, but this year it crossed 37 degrees on March 3. By the end of March last year, Dasturabad mandal in Nirmal district recorded a high of 42.6 degrees. This year, temperatures have already reached 40 degrees in early March.
The weather department has issued a warning that these high temperatures will persist for the next five days. It is essential for people to stay alert and take necessary precautions. On Sunday, the temperature in GHMC was recorded at 34 degrees.
