Hyderabad: The Chairman of the Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Justice A Rajashekar Reddy, made an important announcement on Wednesday. He said that the Tribunal will start accepting appeals on the decisions made by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) starting this Friday.

This announcement came after the State government officially notified the Appellate Tribunal and appointed necessary staff. A meeting to discuss this was held under the leadership of Justice A Rajashekar Reddy, who is a former judge of the Telangana High Court. The meeting took place at the Krishna Hostel, located on the premises of the MCR HRD Institute in Hyderabad.

The Appellate Tribunal will provide a platform for real estate developers and builders to challenge the rulings made by RERA. This is expected to be helpful for those seeking to appeal against decisions that affect their projects.
