Thimmaiahgari Subash Reddy, also known as Shabash Reddy, is a renowned real estate developer from Telangana. He has earned the nickname “Telangana’s Sonu Sood” because of his philanthropic efforts. His journey began with the construction of a school worth Rs 6 crore, which became a symbol of inspiration for the ‘Mana Ooru Mana Badi’ program. This program aims to improve schools’ infrastructure and overall development in Telangana.
Subash Reddy’s dedication continues as he takes on the construction of two more schools in Macha Reddy and Rama Reddy. The estimated cost for these projects is three crores. Coming from a small village called Jangaon, he also plans to establish a Skill Development Centre there, recognizing the importance of skills for rural development.
In addition to his education-related projects, Subash Reddy also plans to provide free food for the elderly in his village and neighboring areas. He understands the unique challenges they face and wants to support them. He has also contributed to other projects, including the construction of 100 free double bedroom flats and a Grampanchayat office building.
Subash Reddy’s commitment to social welfare goes beyond financial contributions. He has personally paid fees and medical bills for many individuals. His dedication to education led him to build ZPHS Bibipet, a modern government school equipped with advanced facilities at a cost of six crores. The school was inaugurated by KT Rama Rao and received high praise, inspiring others to contribute to similar projects.
Despite his accomplishments, Subash Reddy remains humble and acknowledges the support of Gampa Govardhan, the local MLA, as well as the influence of his parents on his philanthropic nature. Even actor Mahesh Babu has expressed admiration for his selfless work.
Subash Reddy’s journey from starting a real estate business with limited resources to becoming a successful builder is truly inspiring. As the founder of CADOL Developers, he creates communities that people are proud to call home. Although he receives numerous requests for assistance, he does his best to support those in genuine need.
While he is often compared to Sonu Sood, Subash Reddy believes there is no comparison between them and admires Sood for his contributions to society. Despite his popularity and impact, he has no political ambitions and intends to continue his journey as a compassionate Samaritan.
