    Rachakonda Ravi Kumar, a 61-year-old technocrat and industrialist from Hyderabad, has been elected as the Vice President of the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) for the year 2023-2024. This trade and industry body, which has been around for 106 years, is one of the most active regional trade bodies in the country. It has over 3000 direct members and is associated with 160 Associations/Chambers of Commerce, with a total membership of over 25000. FTCCI is a prominent forum for business, commerce, trade, and interaction.

    Ravi Kumar has a diverse range of interests, including entrepreneurship, spirituality, sports, and philanthropy. He brings over three decades of entrepreneurial experience to his new role. Prior to his election as Vice President, he served as a Managing Committee Member and Chairman of HR & IR at FTCCI, as well as the Chairman of ITI Shadnagar.

    Ravi Kumar is a well-known industrialist in Hyderabad and holds various positions in different companies. He is a whole-time Director of Motion Dynamic Pvt Ltd, an Executive Director of Zetatek Industries Private Limited, and a Director in Zetatek Technologies Pvt Ltd. These companies are part of the Zetatek Group, an internationally reputed group that specializes in manufacturing, testing, supply, and service of test equipment for defense, aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries. The group, which started operating in 1990, is headquartered in Hyderabad and is known for its expertise in Environmental simulation, Motion simulation, and other test equipment.

    In addition to his business activities, Ravi Kumar is actively involved with the Art of Living Foundation, a volunteer-based humanitarian and educational NGO. He has been a senior faculty member of the organization. As the newly elected Vice President of FTCCI, Ravi Kumar will serve for one year and will continue to progress in the leadership of the chamber.
