Hyderabad: Rashtrapati Nilayam in Bolarum is organizing a Science Innovation Exhibition on February 27 and 28 to celebrate National Science Day.
Officials have planned several events over these two days. One of the key attractions is the Science Innovation Exhibits, where different scientific organizations will showcase their latest advancements. Students will get a chance to explore new developments in science and technology. Leading research institutes like the Center for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD), National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Survey of India, and CSIR National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI) will set up informative stalls. Additionally, startups from T-Hub, Jana Vignana Vedika, and the National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) will also participate, displaying their innovations.
Along with the science exhibits, a book exhibition will be hosted by the National Book Trust, Jana Vignana Vedika, and Deccan Heritage Academy Trust. This exhibition will offer a variety of books on science, technology, and heritage. A special photo exhibition featuring Indian scientists will also be on display.
Visitors can also attend workshops conducted by renowned scientists, academicians, and innovators. These sessions will cover topics like Advancements in Science, Fun with Science, Demystifying Science, Careers in Science, Space Exploration, and Innovations in Science. The sessions aim to inspire and engage participants by providing interesting insights into the world of science.
The celebrations will also include exciting competitions such as a quiz, Science Models Exhibition, and poster-making contests, making it a fun and educational experience for attendees.
