Rajiv Sagar criticized the BJP for using fear tactics to intimidate opposition parties in Telangana. He mentioned that the Amit Shah rally in Khammam was canceled after it was known that people are not responding positively to their fear-based campaign. He accused the BJP of targeting leaders who are not aligned with their party and trying to instill fear among the confused masses by spreading false allegations. BRS leaders clearly expressed their fear of BJP’s authoritarian politics. They warned the BJP against interfering in Telangana’s affairs and cautioned them against their inappropriate actions.

They also accused the BJP of misusing the investigation agencies to target opposition parties in order to weaken state governments. In the recent past, they pointed out how MLC Kavitha was harassed in Delhi for raising her voice against injustice. They further mentioned that the charge sheet filed by the investigation agency on the Dharapti Foundation, which was established to investigate corruption, does not have any names. Along with Telangana, opposition parties criticized the BJP for resorting to violence with the help of investigation agencies in other states as well. They also stated that the people of Telangana have understood the deceptive tactics of the BJP and will not be fooled by them in the upcoming elections.
