    Nizamabad: AntaReddy Raja Reddy officially took charge as the District Library Chairman on Wednesday.

    The ceremony was held at the District Central Library, where Raja Reddy assumed his new responsibilities with the blessings of Vedic scholars. During the event, Bodhan MLA and former minister P Sudarshan Reddy spoke about the challenges faced by libraries in the past.

    Sudarshan Reddy criticized the previous government for not addressing the problems that affected libraries, which led to a decline in their reputation. He emphasized that the current administration has been working to solve these issues since coming into power.

    He also encouraged the newly appointed Chairman, Raja Reddy, to maintain the library’s good standing and strive for further development.

    Several important people attended the event, including DCC president M Mohan Reddy, former minister M Venkateshwara Rao, former MLC A Narsa Reddy, Urdu Academy Chairman Taher Bin Handan, and IDCMS Chairman Tarachand Naik.
