The State government in Hyderabad has made some changes in the police department. Dr Tarun Joshi has been appointed as the Commissioner of the Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, while G Sudheer Babu has been transferred. G Sudheer Babu will now serve as the IGP, Multi Zone-II, replacing Dr Tarun Joshi. Additionally, he will also take on the role of Inspector General of Police, IGP, Multi-Zone-I, Telangana.
M Srinivasulu, who was previously waiting for a posting, has been appointed as the Commissioner of Police in Ramagundam. L S Chowhan will remain as the Deputy Inspector General of Police in Jogulamba, Zone VII.
D Joel Davis has been assigned as the Joint Commissioner of Police for Traffic in Cyberabad, taking over from K Narayan Naik who has been transferred to the position of Deputy Inspector General of Police in SCRB, CID, Hyderabad.
Other transfers include K Apoorva Rao, who will now serve as the Superintendent of Police (Vigilance) at TSRTC in Hyderabad. D Uday Kumar Reddy has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Police for the South West Zone in Hyderabad.
R Giridhar, previously serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Police in SOT Malkajgiri, Rachakonda, has been transferred to the position of Deputy Commissioner of Police in the East Zone of Hyderabad. D Muralidhar has been appointed as the Deputy Director at RBVRR Telangana State Police Academy.
Sadhana Rashmi Perumal, who was previously the Addl DCP Rajendranagar Cyberabad, has been transferred to SCP Task Force in Hyderabad.
