    The Punjagutta police have registered a case against the manager and staff of a private bank. They are accused of stealing Rs 6 crore from the account of a Non-Resident Indian (NRI).

    The suspects were employed at the bank’s branch in Srinagar Colony. According to reports, they worked together to take the money over time and used it for their personal purposes.

    The fraud came to light when the NRI account holder noticed a significant shortage of funds. Feeling suspicious, the account holder reported the issue to the bank authorities.

    Following the complaint, the Punjagutta police began investigating the case. They are now trying to uncover all the details about how the embezzlement occurred.
