Priests in Telangana Receive Salary After Months of Struggle

Priests across Telangana have been facing severe financial difficulties due to a lack of salaries for several months. Acharya Chakravarti, the Jogulamba Gadwal District President of the Dhoopa Deepa Naivedyam Scheme (DDNS), expressed his gratitude to the Telangana state government for taking steps to address this issue.

Thanks to the efforts of State Advisor Harkara Venu Gopala Rao, Commissioner Sridhar, and other key officials like State President Vasudeva Sharma, Secretaries Prasad and Venkatacharyulu, and Mahabubnagar District President Ravi Mahesh Lakshmikant, salaries for two months were finally disbursed. This has brought much-needed relief to around 6,748 priest families across the state.
