The MLA highlighted the need to address key issues such as providing clean drinking water, proper sanitation, adequate toilets, parking facilities, crowd management, and security. He emphasized that these measures are essential to ensure the comfort and safety of the thousands of devotees expected to attend.

To streamline the preparations, officials have formed multiple committees to handle specific responsibilities. These committees will oversee tasks related to monitoring, sanitation, food distribution, finances, and law and order. Arrangements are also being made to deploy mini RTC buses to transport devotees to the hilltop temple. Officials have been instructed to ensure all vehicles are in good condition. Unauthorized stalls along the route will be removed to avoid any disruptions to the devotees’ movement.
