    The commission is currently reviewing a letter written by BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao. If the commission is not satisfied with the reply, KCR may be called in for questioning, according to Justice L Narasimha Reddy.

    During an informal interaction with reporters, Justice Reddy discussed KCR’s letter and stated that the legal team would examine the issues raised. If necessary, KCR will be asked to provide further clarification on topics such as power purchase with Chhattisgarh and the Bhadradri and Yadadri Thermal Power plants.

    The commission will consult with an expert committee to review KCR’s statements in the letter. Justice Reddy emphasized that everyone has the right to express their opinions. The commission will also hear from BHEL on the facts presented in the letter.

    On Tuesday, the commission will convene to analyze KCR’s letter and determine the next steps based on their findings.
