A woman was set on fire by unknown attackers while lying on the road in Attapur, located in the Rajendranagar police station limits of Ranga Reddy district. The assailants poured petrol over her before committing the heinous act. The Rajendranagar police were informed of the incident and arrived at the scene to investigate. The victim, Shivani, alleged that her husband was responsible for the attack. However, the authorities are conducting an inquiry to determine whether Shivani set herself on fire or if her husband was indeed involved. Shivani is a resident of Attapur.
