Traffic Advisory Issued in Hyderabad for Telangana Talli Statue Unveiling and Carnival
The Hyderabad city police have issued a traffic advisory for Monday to manage traffic during the unveiling of the Telangana Talli statue and the carnival on NTR Marg. The events are part of the ‘Praja Palana – Praja Vijayotsavalu’ celebrations being held at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat.
The advisory states that traffic diversions will be implemented on a need basis between 2 PM and 10 PM. Commuters traveling in affected areas are advised to plan accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Key Traffic Diversions
– Buddha Bhavan: Traffic from Buddha Bhavan towards PVNR Marg (Necklace Road) will be diverted to Karbala and Ranigunj.
– Nallagutta X Roads: Vehicles from Minister Road towards PVNR Marg will be redirected towards Ranigunj.
– VV Statue (Khairtabad Flyover): Traffic from Punjagutta and Raj Bhavan heading towards NTR Marg and PVNR Marg will be diverted to Shadan College and Lakdikapool.

Diversions Around Iqbal Minar and Nearby Areas
– At Iqbal Minar, traffic from Telugu Talli towards Old PS Saifabad will be diverted to Ravindra Bharathi. Similarly, traffic from Ravindra Bharathi to Old PS Saifabad will be redirected to Telugu Talli flyover or Telugu Talli Junction.
– At Southeast Junction, vehicles coming from Iqbal Minar and Telugu Talli towards Necklace Rotary will be diverted to Ambedkar Statue and Tank Bund.

– New Telugu Talli Junction: Traffic from Ambedkar Statue to NTR Marg will be diverted to Iqbal Minar.
– Printing Press: Traffic from Khairtabad Bada Ganesh to Necklace Rotary will be redirected to the Mint Compound Lane.
– Mint Lane Entrance: Vehicles from Iqbal Minar to Mint Lane will be diverted to Telugu Talli Junction.

Congested Areas to Avoid
The police have warned that several junctions, including Buddha Bhavan, Nallagutta X Roads, VV Statue (Khairtabad), Iqbal Minar, Printing Press, Old PS Saifabad, Ravindra Bharathi, Katta Maisamma, Old Ambedkar Statue, and Liberty Junction, are likely to experience heavy congestion during the diversions. Commuters are advised to avoid these areas if possible.

Visitors attending the event are requested to park their vehicles at designated locations, including LB Stadium, Adarsh Nagar Lane, GHMC Lane, Ravindra Bharathi open area, Opposite Prasad IMAX Theatre, Ramleela Maidan, Haj House, MMTS Railway Station (Necklace Road), Bharat Scouts & Guides School Ground (Domalguda), Snow World, and one side of the Khairtabad Flyover (towards VV Statue).
