    A police constable named Shivraj was injured on Tuesday when a Chinese kite string got tangled around his neck. The incident occurred while he was riding his bike on the Tilak Nagar-Narayanguda flyover. The sharp thread caused a deep cut on his neck.

    People nearby noticed what had happened and immediately rushed him to the hospital for treatment. Fortunately, he received timely medical care. The police are currently investigating the incident to determine further details.

    In response to this, the police issued a warning about the dangers of Chinese manja, a type of sharp kite string. They emphasized that it can be extremely hazardous, especially for bikers and others on the road.
