Hyderabad, July 6 (Namaste Telangana): In the first phase, it has been announced that 9,871 candidates and in the second phase, 5,010 candidates will be provided education for the recruitment of SSI (Sub-Inspector) jobs. The results of the written examination have been declared and the training is set to commence from this month or the first week of August. The Police Academy, which is well-equipped for the training of aspiring SIs, has been inaugurated with ‘Namaste Telangana’ by the Minister.
A total of 14,881 candidates will be given training in 28 training centers across the state, as informed by the DGP. The education for constable aspirants will begin as soon as the results of the preliminary examinations are released. The training will be provided in 28 educational centers across the state. Out of the total candidates, 9,871 candidates belonging to various posts such as Civil, AR, Driver, and Technical will receive basic training while the remaining 5,010 candidates will undergo battalion training. It has been confirmed that the Police Training College (PTC) has a well-established system to accommodate the required number of candidates for training. The new courses are being introduced in Indoor and Outdoor for the candidates to meet the requirements of the new police jobs. It was also mentioned that courses related to cybercrime prevention and narcotics cases have been introduced. Swimming, driving, disaster management, and other courses have been included in the training.
