    Five individuals, including YouTuber Chintapandu Naveen Kumar, also known as TeenmaarMallanna, were arrested by Medipally police for allegedly obstructing police officers from performing their duties. The accused were charged with forcefully abducting two police constables, wrongfully confining them, assaulting them, and obstructing them from performing their duties. The arrested individuals were identified as Chinthapandu Naveen Kumar (Teenmar Mallanna) (47), Bandaru Ravinder (29), Uppala Nikhil (19), Sirra Sudhakar (34), and Chintha Sandeep Kumar (36).

    The incident took place on Tuesday around 8 pm when police officers were conducting a vehicle checking drive near Raghavendra Bhavan, Peerzadiguda to prevent chain snatchings and other property-related offenses. Four of the accused, carrying lathis, allegedly approached the police officers and started quarreling with them. They then forcibly took the police officers to a nearby Q news office while assaulting them with their hands. Passersby witnessed the incident where the police officers were allegedly grabbed by the men even after showing their ID cards.

    The police officers were illegally confined to the office, where they were beaten up, and their cell phones were snatched by the gang. TeenmarMallanna reportedly started assaulting the police officers with a stick, provoking his associates. However, the police officers deployed in nearby areas rushed to their rescue after being informed about the violence.

    A case has been registered against the accused under sections 363, 342, 395, 332, 307, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
