    Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi today. The Chief Minister requested special funds from Modi to help overcome the financial crisis in Telangana. The meeting between Modi and the Chief Minister lasted for more than 20 minutes.

    During the meeting, Revanth also discussed the long pending division of assets between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh as per the AP Reorganization act. Although the meeting with the Prime Minister was a courtesy call, the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister pleaded for generous funds to help Telangana recover from the financial crisis.

    To sum up, Telangana’s Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to request special funds for overcoming the financial crisis in the state. They also discussed the division of assets between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister urged Modi to provide generous funds until Telangana recovers from the crisis.
