On Sunday, Dr. Kesavulu submitted a petition to TPCC Chief Bomma Mahesh Kumar Goud at the MLA quarters. During their meeting, he highlighted the issue of encroachment along the Phulong river, specifically from Gayatri Nagar to Mubarak Nagar in the heart of Nizamabad.

He expressed concern over illegal constructions that have taken over the area. Dr. Kesavulu also pointed out that there is little concern for the preservation of ponds and lakes in the region. He called for urgent action, particularly against the encroachment of Bondem pond in Nagaram.
