K Tarakarama Rao, the working president of BRS, accused the Congress government of trying to deceive the people of the state once again before the parliamentary elections. He claimed that the Congress party had previously betrayed the people during the assembly elections by promising to waive off loans, and now they were making similar promises again.

KTR attended the nomination process of Chevella MP candidate Kasani Gnaneshwar and expressed his confidence in winning 12 out of the 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana. He believed that if BRS could secure 12 MP seats, both the NDA and UPA would seek support from KCR. KTR urged members of the pink party to work hard and win a majority of the seats in the upcoming elections.
