Hyderabad: The President of the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), Mahesh Kumar Goud, has asked Congress workers to actively use social media to spread positive messages about the government. He also encouraged them to challenge any false information shared by opposition parties.

During a meeting with government corporation chairpersons held at Gandhi Bhavan on Tuesday, Goud stressed the importance of correcting the misinformation being spread by the opposition. He explained that the opposition’s false claims are confusing the public about the government, the Chief Minister, and various Ministers.

Goud pointed out that Congress has introduced several welfare and development programs since coming to power. One of the major initiatives is the waiver of Rs 2 lakh in farm loans, which he described as a historic achievement. “No other State government in the country has undertaken such large-scale initiatives,” he said, adding that it is important to inform the public about these accomplishments.
