AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi has called for the immediate arrest of Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati. The demand comes after Narsinghanand made controversial remarks against Prophet Mohammad, which Owaisi described as blasphemous.

Owaisi urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take swift action. He emphasized that the Prime Minister, who promotes the idea of “sab ka sath sab ka vikas” (development for all), should act immediately to address the issue and arrest Yati Narsinghanand for hurting the sentiments of Muslims.

The Hyderabad MP made these remarks while speaking to the media after meeting with Hyderabad Police Commissioner C. V. Anand. During the meeting, Owaisi filed a formal complaint against Yati Narsinghanand. Narsinghanand is a priest at a temple located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Owaisi also called on Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the ruling BJP party to take action against Narsinghanand and others who use derogatory language against the Prophet. He warned that such incidents could damage India’s reputation on the international stage and urged authorities to prove they are not biased in handling such sensitive matters.
