Telangana’s traffic challan discount offer has been a big hit, with over 9.61 lakh pending fines cleared in just three days. However, the surge in online payments has caused problems with the server, leading to outages and slow processing times. In total, over Rs. 8.44 crores have been collected through these cleared challans, with Hyderabad alone contributing Rs. 2.62 crores. Cyberabad and Rachakonda’s areas also saw significant participation, with Rs. 80 lakhs and Rs. 76.79 lakhs collected respectively.
