    The DSC exams in Telangana have started today and will continue until the 5th of next month. A total of 2,79,957 candidates are taking part in the exams, making it the first DSC exams in the state since 2017.

    The exams will be held in two sessions each day, with the first session from 9 am to 11:30 am and the second session from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. About 26,000 candidates will appear for both sessions daily, with around 13,000 candidates in each session.

    To prepare for the exams, the School Education Department has set up 54 examination centers across all 14 districts in the state. Gates at the exam centers will close 10 minutes before the scheduled exam time, and candidates are advised to arrive at least one and a half hours early for biometric verification.

    This is the first time that DSC exams will be conducted online, marking a significant change in the examination process.
