    Osmania University Vice-Chancellor M. Kumar released a book titled “MOOCs and HRM: Revolutionising Professional Development in Telangana’s Higher Education” on Friday.

    The book was written by Dr. Vani Chinta from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at UCE, Osmania University. It was published by VAAGDEVI Publishers.

    Officials explained that the book explores how Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) can help solve challenges in Human Resource Management (HRM). MOOCs offer ways to improve professional development, make HR processes more efficient, and contribute to the overall success of educational institutions.

    The research in the book is based on a detailed study of selected higher education institutions in Telangana. It provides useful insights into how MOOCs can be applied effectively in HR management within these institutions.
