Osmania University’s BR Ambedkar Memorial Library celebrated United Nations Day on Thursday. The focus of the event was on digital youth and sustainable development.
Dr. Achala Munigal, the librarian in charge, led the event. She highlighted the power of digital technology in bringing about positive changes in society.
Professor Molugaram also spoke at the event. He talked about how digital tools can help speed up progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He emphasized that digital platforms can empower young people and help create fair and innovative solutions for the world’s challenges.
He further added that Osmania University Library, as a designated United Nations depository library, plays an important role in spreading knowledge about the United Nations and its activities.
