    Today, on April 26, 2023, the prices for petrol and diesel in India have stayed the same. The price for one litre of petrol in Delhi is Rs. 96.72 and the price for one litre of diesel is Rs. 89.62. In Hyderabad, petrol costs Rs. 109.66 per litre and diesel costs Rs. 97.82 per litre. In Chennai, the petrol price is Rs. 102.65 per litre and diesel is priced at Rs. 94.24 per litre.

    In Mumbai, the price for one litre of petrol is Rs. 106.31 and diesel costs Rs. 97.28 per litre. In Bangalore, petrol costs Rs. 101.94 per litre and diesel costs Rs. 87.89 per litre.

    India mostly imports crude oil to produce petrol and diesel, so changes in crude oil prices can impact the cost of fuel. However, other factors like increased demand, government taxes, currency exchange rates, and refinery production levels can also affect fuel prices.
