    Today, the rates for gold and silver have changed in Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai. The gold rates in Delhi for 10 grams of 22-carat gold have dropped to Rs. 56,000, while 10 grams of 24-carat gold is now at Rs. 61,080. In Chennai, the rate for 10 grams of 22-carat gold is at Rs. 56,500 and 24-carat gold is at Rs. 61,640. Meanwhile, Kolkata has a rate of Rs. 55,850 for 22-carat gold and Rs. 60,930 for 24-carat gold, and Mumbai has the same rates as Kolkata.

    The silver rates are also affected, with a rate of Rs. 77,400 in Kolkata, Chennai, and Mumbai, while Chennai has a higher rate of Rs. 81,000.

    There are many factors that cause gold rates to fluctuate every day, such as international market currency prices, inflation, gold reserves at central banks, and interest rates. Additionally, the jewellery market can also have an impact on gold rates.
