The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) celebrated World Sleep Day on Friday, with the theme “Sleep is Essential for Health.” The event was held at Bus Bhavan and was attended by TSRTC Managing Director VC Sajjanar and sleep disorder specialist Dr Vyakaranam Nageshwar.

World Sleep Day is an annual event that aims to promote healthy sleep habits and encourage people to prioritize their sleep health. This year’s theme highlights the importance of getting adequate and quality sleep for maintaining physical and mental health.

During the event, Sajjanar emphasized the need for a full night’s sleep to stay healthy and productive. He also noted that lack of sufficient sleep can cause tiredness, lack of focus, and concentration on work.
