Political activity in Telangana is increasing as candidates from different parties will start filing their nominations from Thursday. Leaders from major parties like Congress, BJP, and BRS will begin filing their nominations on April 18 for the 17 Lok Sabha seats in the state.

Candidates can submit their nominations until April 25, with the last date for withdrawal being April 29. The Election Commission will review the candidates’ papers on April 26, and polling is scheduled for May 13.
