Congress MP Shashi Tharoor praised the achievements of ISRO chief Dr. Somanath and his colleagues who graduated from engineering colleges in Kerala. He highlighted the importance of recognizing the contributions of engineers from lesser-known colleges like CET, who play a vital role in organizations like ISRO. Tharoor also mentioned how IIT graduates often go on to work in Silicon Valley, while CET graduates have taken India to the moon.
