Police in Hyderabad and Nirmal are investigating a possible leak of the Telugu language question paper from the Intermediate first-year exams. The exam took place on Wednesday at a government junior college in Kaddampeddur mandal.

On Thursday, Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Meena visited the college to look into the matter. However, Khanapur Inspector A. Saida Rao stated that no official complaint had been made, so no case was registered. Based on their initial investigation, the police believe the paper was not leaked.

Inspector Rao suggested that the rumor may have started on social media. To prevent cheating, authorities have taken strict measures, including imposing Section 144 of the CrPC at exam centers. Photocopy and internet centers were also closed. Despite these efforts, an unverified message claiming that the question paper was leaked went viral online.
