Telangana Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy has made a statement claiming that the Congress party is more dangerous than the Corona virus. He warned farmers to be aware of the conspiracies of the Congress party and reminded them that the chief minister did not stop the Rythu Bandhu scheme even during the crisis caused by the pandemic.
The government has set up thousands of procurement centers in villages to ensure the procurement of food grains. However, the Congress party has been trying to get the Election Commission to stop this scheme, which according to Reddy, reveals their true intentions. He accused the Congress party of only caring about power and not having any love for farmers or the people.
Reddy also mentioned the difficulties faced by farmers in the past, such as having to face police batons to get fertilizers and waiting for Ambali centers. He criticized the Congress rule in Telangana, which he claimed led to suicides, deaths from starvation, power cuts, and migration.
Furthermore, Reddy pointed out that the Congress party in Karnataka made promises that they could not fulfill and gave up within six months of coming into power. He alleged that writing a letter to the Election Commission to stop the Rythu Bandhu scheme exposes their malicious mentality.
