    The Indian Railways is all set to launch a new train service called ‘Vande Bharat’ between Secunderabad and Tirupati. The train is expected to provide a comfortable and speedy travel experience for passengers, with a maximum speed of 160 kmph. The train has been designed and manufactured by the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai, under the ‘Make in India’ initiative, and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities like GPS-based passenger information system, bio-toilets, and CCTV cameras.

    The Vande Bharat train is a shining example of India’s prowess in the field of railway technology. The train is built with indigenous technology and is expected to reduce travel time between Secunderabad and Tirupati by more than two hours. The train will have 16 coaches, including two executive coaches, and will be able to accommodate around 1,128 passengers. The coaches are designed to provide maximum comfort to passengers, with features like automatic doors, reclining seats, and overhead luggage storage.

    The launch of the Vande Bharat train service is expected to boost tourism in the region, as Tirupati is one of the most popular pilgrimage destinations in India. The train will run six days a week, except on Tuesdays, and will cover a distance of 733 km in just 6 hours and 40 minutes. The train will also stop at intermediate stations like Kazipet, Warangal, Vijayawada, and Renigunta. The launch of the Vande Bharat train service is a significant step towards modernizing India’s railway network and providing world-class facilities to passengers.
