    Hyderabad: Many people are struggling with sleep disorders due to unhealthy lifestyles, poor eating habits, and busy schedules. However, they often don’t realize they have these problems or that treatments are available, says Dr. Harshini Errabelli, a sleep specialist and founder of Sleep Therapeutics.

    Sleep Therapeutics is a specialized center that treats various sleep disorders such as snoring, insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, and sleepwalking. The center is committed to providing advanced care to the local community.

    Dr. Harshini highlighted that Sleep Therapeutics is the first of its kind in the Telugu states and follows a holistic approach to treating sleep issues. The center aims to improve patients’ overall well-being through integrated care.

    The first branch of Sleep Therapeutics is located in Jubilee Hills, and a second branch has now been officially opened. Former MP Boianapalli Vinod Kumar, who attended the inauguration, spoke about the serious effects of sleep disorders. He mentioned that snoring has led to divorces, and insomnia has contributed to traffic accidents.

    He also pointed out that lack of awareness about sleep problems is a major social issue. He urged for more awareness and technological advancements to address these challenges.
