Hyderabad: In a major boost to Hyderabad’s hospitality and commercial sectors, the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) has invited Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the development of a 5-star luxury hotel and trade center at Hyderabad Knowledge City, Raidurg—strategically located near T-Works and IKEA.
Project Details
The project will be developed on ~3 acres of land and will include:
– Luxury 5-Star Hotel
• 200-key 5-star hotel with a built-up area (BUA) of ~3.63 lakh sq. ft.
• Designed to cater to high-end business and leisure travelers.
– Trade Centre & Commercial Space
• Grade A commercial space spanning ~2.42 lakh sq. ft.
• Ground floor dedicated to retail and banquet facilities (~0.61 lakh sq. ft.)
• Aimed at promoting business events, exhibitions, and corporate engagements.
– Estimated Cost & Timelines
• Project Cost: ₹582 Crores (excluding land value).
• Total BUA: ~6.66 lakh sq. ft. (excluding parking).
• Completion Timeline: 36 months for the Trade Center and 48 months for the Hotel.
HITEC City’s Growing Luxury Hotel Landscape
This will be the fourth 5-star hotel planned in HITEC City, following:
– Renaissance Hotel
– W Hotel
– Proposed Mindspace Hotel
