Hyderabad: KCR is planning to make the next elections about locals versus non-locals. He will tell the people, “I am a local, while Congress and BJP are non-locals. They have treated Telangana unfairly. Decide who you want.”

KCR will support the “Nenu Local” slogan by listing the actions his government has taken in the past nine years to develop the state quickly. He believes that this slogan, along with welfare measures, will ensure a majority for his party and serve as a powerful weapon against Congress and BJP.

On Monday, KCR is expected to announce his new slogan when he releases the first list of candidates, which will consist of 105 members. He chose this number because it is his lucky number. In the 2018 elections, KCR also announced 105 names in the first list.

KCR has instructed his party members to inform voters about the various schemes introduced by his government. These include providing Rs 1 lakh financial assistance to artisan communities of Most Backward Classes and minorities, as well as giving Rs 3 lakh cash incentive to the poor who want to build houses on their own plots. The party believes that these two schemes will be a game-changer.

The party also expects other actions to benefit them, such as regularizing VRAs and Junior Panchayat Secretaries, merging TSRTC with the state government, inaugurating community buildings, unveiling India’s largest statue of Dr BR Ambedkar, announcing PRC, increasing salaries for ANMs, and filling over 50,000 job positions. These announcements will address the aspirations of youth, employees, para-medical staff, and local body staff who play an important role in elections. Additionally, the party is making efforts to recruit leaders from non-local parties such as Congress and BJP.
