Visitors to Hyderabad’s Nehru Zoological Park will have to pay more for entry starting from March 1, 2025. The decision to increase ticket prices was made during the 13th Governing Body meeting of the Zoos and Parks Authority of Telangana.

Under the new pricing structure, adults will need to pay Rs 100 for entry, while children will be charged Rs 50. Previously, the zoo charged Rs 70 for adults and Rs 45 for children on weekdays. On weekends, the prices were Rs 80 for adults and Rs 55 for children. The price hike comes just before the summer holidays, a time when the zoo sees a rise in visitors.
