The Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad is collaborating with the State government and the Telangana State Forest Department to celebrate Nature Conservation Day on July 28 and International Tiger Day on July 29. The two-day event will have fun activities, competitions, and awareness programs to engage visitors. The Zoo Park will host events on Nature Conservation Day to inspire people of all ages to actively participate in conservation efforts.
On July 28, there will be a nature conservation quiz challenging participants with questions about wildlife, habitats, and sustainable practices. This will be followed by drawing, elocution competitions, and a craft-making session.
On July 29, there will be awareness about the endangered tiger species and the need for their protection. A tiger-themed rally will be held inside the zoo premises, and experienced animal keepers will host a captivating talk show.
