The Narcotics Bureau in Hyderabad is currently carrying out raids on Toddy compounds. So far, they have seized 69 Toddy compounds. These raids were prompted by information received about the manufacturing and sale of artificial stones. During the raids, officials discovered that these artificial stones were being made using Alfazolam, lime salt, and beeswax.
The police and Narcotics Bureau worked together to conduct the searches. Samples collected from the Toddy compounds have been sent to the lab for further analysis. These searches were conducted in response to numerous complaints about the production of artificial stones.
