Warangal: Naini Rajinder Reddy, the president of Hanumakonda DCC, filed two sets of nomination papers for the Warangal West constituency on Saturday. He is running as a Congress candidate. Naini submitted his papers to the Returning Officer L Ramesh, with the presence of AICC observer Ravindra Uttamrao Dalvi and other senior leaders.
