    Nagarkurnool:

    An incident at the Palle Dawakhana in Indrakal village, Tadoor mandal, Nagarkurnool district, has sparked an investigation after staff reportedly locked the facility and left before the scheduled closing time. The issue was highlighted by The Hans India on Friday, prompting swift action from authorities.

    In response, Dr. Venkata Dasu, the Deputy District Medical and Health Officer, visited the health center and conducted a thorough inquiry into the matter. Following the investigation, three staff members were identified as negligent and were issued memos. The staff involved are Mercy Madhuri, Sumitra, and Kotra Srinu.

    According to Mandal Medical Officer Dr. Santosh Abhiram, the investigation into the early closure of the facility has been completed. A detailed report on the incident has been submitted to higher authorities for further action.
