Khammam: MP Raghuram Reddy attended a meeting with South Central Railway (SCR) officers on Thursday at Rail Nilayam in Hyderabad. During the meeting, he discussed various railway-related issues concerning Khammam district.

One of the main topics was the proposed railway lines from Dornakal to Miryalaguda and Gadwal. These lines were suggested by the Railways department.

The MP highlighted that many farmers in the district lost their lands due to projects such as the Greenfield highway, Sitarama left canal, and the Bhakta Ramadasu Project. He pointed out that the current railway line has not provided much benefit to the people of the district.
