    Mahabubnagar: MP DK Aruna has promised the residents of Kotakonda in Narayanpet district and Garlapadu in Mahabubnagar district that she will work towards turning these areas into new mandals. Her assurance came during her visit to Koilkonda, which is part of the Mahabubnagar Parliamentary constituency. During her visit, local residents submitted petitions requesting the creation of new mandals to improve governance and administrative convenience.

    Aruna responded positively to their concerns and engaged in discussions with the locals. She asked for key details such as the number of MPTC (Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency) seats and the population in the respective areas.

    She assured the residents that she would hold detailed discussions with officials to evaluate the feasibility of their requests. “I will do my part to ensure the formation of new mandals for Kotakonda and Garlapadu. This will help facilitate better governance and improve access to services for the people,” she said.
