Baljeet Kaur, a famous Indian woman climber, was found alive on Tuesday after going missing while coming down from the summit of Mt Annapurna. She climbed without using additional oxygen on Monday. An aerial search team found her above Camp IV and will airlift her out. She was seen descending alone towards Camp IV and was out of radio contact until Tuesday morning when she managed to send out a distress signal. Her GPS location shows she is at an altitude of 7,375m (24,193ft). She climbed Mt Annapurna with two Sherpa guides.
