    Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Adilabad, Telangana and highlighted the partnership between the Central Government and the state over the past decade. He mentioned that the government has supported Telangana in achieving its developmental goals.

    During his visit, Modi inaugurated various projects in the power, rail, and road sectors totaling over Rs 56,000 crores. These projects aim to improve energy generation, promote environmental sustainability, and enhance road connectivity in the region.

    One of the key projects includes the 800 MW NTPC Unit 2, which will increase Telangana’s electricity generation capacity. Additionally, the electrification of the Ambari – Adilabad – Pimpalkhuti rail lines and the construction of two major National Highway projects in Adilabad will further boost development in the area.

    Modi emphasized that his government focuses on nationwide development through state progress. He mentioned that a strong economy builds trust in the country, attracting investments that benefit all states. The Prime Minister also highlighted the government’s efforts to uplift marginalized communities and alleviate poverty.

    Various dignitaries, including Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan, Chief Minister of Telangana, Revantha Reddy Union Minister, G Kishan Reddy, and Adilabad MP Soyam Bapur Rao, attended the event to mark the inauguration of these projects.
