He mentioned that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has already admitted defeat by asking him not to scrap the welfare schemes started by the Congress in the state. Modi guaranteed that the BJP will not discontinue any of these schemes if they come into power. He also stated that the BJP will contest the upcoming assembly election using their party symbol, the lotus.

Before his speech at the rally, Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for projects worth Rs 7,200 crore in Rajasthan. He also visited the Sanwaliya temple to offer prayers. Various leaders, including former chief minister Vasundhara Raje and Union minister Arjun Meghwal, were present at the rally.
